During this six-week program, I will be helping you work on your Microbiome ,will be digging deep in your food intolerances, digestion and bloating ,ibs and other gut issues. I will use a controlled elimination diet .By the end of the program you'd be enhancing better digestion, less colon problems, improvement in vitality, better overall health and wellbeing!
